This can explain everything

I would simply say a single line to what is the theory of everything. It is very basic yet every powerful sentence and can explain everything if made proper assumptions. It is

Universe doesnt let's anything overlap.

If we break this down, it simply means that nothing wants to be overlapped by something other. Everything wants to maintain its boundary and maintain its space. Some of the phenomenon which fits perfectly in the theory are given below.

1. Field forces: Take the example of gravity which was explained by Einstein. It says that mass bends space time. Why would it bend? Because the universe doesnt want to let anything take any other things place. Similarily other non contact forces can also be explained.
2. Force: Why things are moved when pushed or pulled? Because the universe wants them to maintain their space (I am talking at the atomic level). 
3. Energy: The medium through the universe is able to maintain this separation.
4. Waves: When we throw a stine in pond the medium doesnt want the stone to be in it self. It tries to push. But fails and so decides to instead changes its volume and for this it generates a wave.

I dont deny the fact there must be some cases which cant be explained by this without making bizarre assumptions. But what's a cause? Nothing more than an assumption. So that was all, thank you very much for reading. Hope you have a great day.
